Description

This is a setup for testing the transverse spray uniformity of liquid using nozzles mounted on a spray boom. It serves to verify the correct operation of the nozzles and examines the degree of proper liquid spraying on the surface. The degree of uniformity of spraying and quality of the nozzles are determined by the coefficient of spray irregularity. Parameters: Table width: 3000 mm; collection groove width: 50 mm.

What could be offered through this facility?

- Quality control of the first-degree correctness of nozzle operation after production of a given production series (artificial intelligence engaged in quality control of the production process can be verified based on the results from the spray uniformity table).

- Quality control of new prototypes and new nozzle designs. (By using artificial intelligence and providing it with results from the uniformity table and defining design changes in the nozzles, artificial intelligence could optimise the best design parameters of the nozzle).

- Examination of nozzle wear over time (AI could monitor the degree of nozzle wear on the sprayer, and this would be verifiable on the spray uniformity table).

- Examination of nozzle efficiency to prevent excessive pesticide emissions into the environment. (AI could monitor the degree of nozzle wear on the sprayer in terms of output, and this would be verifiable on the spray uniformity table).
