How the service will be delivered

Logistics The training programme is delivered through a combination of interactive workshops, online modules, and real-world case studies. Workshops can be conducted on-site or virtually, depending on the client's preference and location. The programme consists of modular training, with each module building upon the previous one. Delivery Period The service can be performed throughout the year, focusing on ethical frameworks, data analysis, and algorithms, independent of the period of the year. On-site work related to specific agricultural practices might be coordinated with the client's operations. Duration The full training programme typically spans between 2 and 3 days, with flexible scheduling to accommodate the client's operational needs. Modules can be delivered in shorter, more frequent sessions (e.g., half-day sessions over a week) if required. Location The service can be executed on-site at the client's location, virtually, or at a designated training facility. However, on-site training is preferred, as it will increase the quality of the training. Customer Requirements Information about relevant AI systems/data (anonymised/privacy-protected) and designated personnel for training. Information on current and planned AI implementations to tailor training content. Deliverables Training materials and implemented trainings, and example ethical reflection sessions, lectures, and practical workshops. Teams trained to be capable of implementing and maintaining ethical AI practices.

Service customisation

The training is fully customisable to meet the customer’s needs. Options include tailoring the service to specific agricultural domains, team roles, and focus areas. To have a more efficient experience, trainees need to provide relevant AI experiences/used systems and understand that ongoing learning is crucial in the evolving field of AI ethics.
