More about the service

How can the service help you?

What problem does Security Starter solve? Many organizations rely on online systems that are critical to their business—but they often don’t know how secure those systems really are. Before using Security Starter, customers may feel uncertain or worried: - Is our system vulnerable to cyberattacks? - Are we doing enough to protect our data and users? - What should we focus on first in terms of cybersecurity? - They may not have the time, tools, or expertise to check for risks themselves. - What does the customer gain after the service? After completing Security Starter, the customer receives: - A clear understanding of the current security level of their system - A list of identified issues (if any), explained in simple terms - Expert advice on what to fix and how to improve protection - A short, readable report and a practical action plan This gives peace of mind, helps prioritize next steps, and builds a stronger foundation for future cybersecurity efforts—without needing deep technical knowledge.

How the service will be delivered

Delivery Timeframe: The service can be delivered at any time of the year. There are no seasonal restrictions. Once the customer provides the necessary input, the full process typically takes 5 to 10 working days, depending on the complexity of the system and scheduling of the consultation. Location & Accessibility: The service is delivered remotely. The system or service to be tested must be accessible from the Internet—either temporarily or permanently. There are no restrictions on where the customer is located, as long as the system can be reached online. Customer Requirements: To begin, the customer needs to: - Fill out a short initial questionnaire (online form), - Provide access details to the selected system or service - Indicate who should participate in the consultation (e.g. IT staff, management). What the Customer Receives: - A baseline security report with clear findings and recommendations, - A summary consultation with cybersecurity experts, - An action plan (roadmap) tailored to the customer’s situation, - All materials in editable format (Polish or English), ready for internal use or further discussion. Repetition / Follow-up: The service is designed as a starting point. Customers may choose to repeat it periodically (e.g. quarterly or annually) or expand it into a broader cybersecurity program.

Service customisation

Company CEO or even product owner may feel unsure about how secure their online system really is. They might ask: - Is our system exposed to cyber threats? - What should we check first? - Do we need expert help or can we handle it ourselves? We begin by listening. Through a short survey, we ask about your concerns, priorities, and how the system fits into your business. This helps us understand your situation—not just the technology. Next, we scan the system for common security issues. If needed, our experts take a closer look to confirm or expand the findings. We don’t just send a report—we talk with you. In a video call, we explain what we found, answer your questions, and suggest what to do next. After the service, you’ll have a clear picture of your system’s security status, know what (if anything) needs fixing, and receive a simple action plan. You’ll feel more confident, better informed, and ready to take the next step toward stronger protection.
