Sommet de l'Élevage
Sommet de l'Élevage, the international livestock exhibition held in Clermont-Ferrand, France, from 6 to 9 October 2026, brings together professionals and organisations working across the livestock and agricultural sectors. The event is a major European gathering dedicated to livestock and agriculture, providing a space to exchange ideas, discover innovations and discuss developments affecting the sector.
The 2026 edition features 1,800 exhibitors, 120,000 visitors, 70 livestock breeds and participants from more than 100 countries. Its programme includes livestock competitions and presentations, conferences and other activities covering topics such as farm management, animal health, environment and genetics. The event also includes dedicated activities and farm visits focusing on different areas of livestock production.
agrifoodTEF is represented at Sommet de l'Élevage by its French node, since IDELE participates, focusing primarily on networking. The event offers an opportunity to meet organisations and professionals active in the livestock and agricultural sectors and to engage with stakeholders attending one of the key events dedicated to livestock in Europe.
