Description

CIRVEAU has 4 10-spot igloos, which are collective outdoor pens, covered and mobile. A shelter in the form of an igloo is provided to the animals at the back of the pen. The whole is placed on a concrete platform, covered with straw bedding when animals are present.

It is divided into 2 rooms of 96 slots, one with classical dynamic ventilation and the other with centralised dynamic ventilation. Each room is composed of 12 pens for 8 calves each, with open-work wood flooring.

Description

Our laboratory allows us to carry out analyses on grapes, must, wine, but also on the soil, and even pathogens; It makes it possible to make the link between practices in the vineyard and qualitative indicators.

Vinification Cellar

Description

Our experimental cellar allows vinification at different scales, depending on the needs of the experiment: from 1 L to a few hectolitres. Our most common volume is 50 L. It is equipped with rooms at different temperatures and even a device of connected tanks to monitor and record the fermentation parameters under different conditions. As part of the TEF project, we can receive different connected sensors to collect data. The interest, with AI, is to develop predictive quality models for winemaking.
