Overview
The privacy and data protection inspection evaluates potential privacy risk areas that warrant further inquiry. The evaluation follows a standardised verification checklist similar to a risk assessment of workplaces but with a focus on the AI data handled and used in products or services. The outcome is a first “walkthrough” revealing existing or potential risks and problems regarding fair data, providing preventive, general, and high-level recommendations for mitigating the risks identified.

How the service will be delivered
The service is carried out by 1) requesting and analysing the documentation of processes and handling of AI data, and 2) complementing interviews with key stakeholders from your organisation. The outcome is a written assessment report, plus an oral presentation of the findings.
