NEXTCHAIN: Connecting the Agrifood Ecosystem
NEXTCHAIN is a pan-European matchmaking event series that connects technology providers, businesses and research organisations across Europe, fostering cross-border collaboration and innovation.
Through online activities and dedicated events, it supports the creation of new partnerships and opportunities for cooperation between organisations from different countries and sectors.
Organised within the framework of the Enterprise Europe Network by the PRIMOM Foundation, Poznan Science and Technology Park and the DigitalTech EDIH consortium powered by EIT Digital’s pan-European Network, the initiative creates opportunities for organisations to build new partnerships, exchange expertise and explore innovative solutions.
On 24 June 2026, NEXTCHAIN hosts an online matchmaking event dedicated to the agrifood sector. Coordinated by 28DIGITAL, it brings together European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs), SMEs, technology providers, researchers and ecosystem stakeholders active across the agrifood value chain.
The event aims to foster collaboration opportunities, facilitate networking and support cross-border cooperation among organisations working in the agrifood ecosystem. Participants have the opportunity to exchange ideas, identify common challenges and explore potential partnerships.
The programme includes stakeholder presentations, company spotlights, breakout sessions and matchmaking discussions. Participating companies deliver short presentations introducing their products or services, outlining what they offer and highlighting their collaboration interests and needs.
agrifoodTEF participates in the event as a stakeholder, presenting its service offering and engaging with companies and organisations interested in innovation and collaboration opportunities within the agrifood sector.
Participants include EDIHs, SMEs, technology providers, researchers and ecosystem stakeholders active in the agrifood value chain, including clusters, research organisations, competence centres, public actors and associations.
