Overview

End-users like to see an objective validation of a technology in terms of added value (costs vs. benefits), technical specifications (accuracy, capacity, power requirements, etc.), and user acceptance (ease of use, gain, and joy of working with the technology). At Wageningen Research - Field Crops, we can validate your solution according to the agrifoodTEF protocols and deliver you a WUR white report on your technology.

More about the service

A validation of the customer's product helps to gain trust by end users that the product has added value.

In personal contact with the customer, a project plan for the validation is made. Due to the growing season, which starts in April, a project plan for the experiments has preferably to be agreed on before March. The service can take until November following the growing season of the crop, depending on the crop and goal of the validation setup. Delivered will be a WR report with (statistical) analyses on the validation and recommendations. The customer is responsible for providing his product/solution in time. The experiment can be done in several locations within the Netherlands, preferably in more than one location and farm.

It is expected that every time customisation might be needed.
