Our laboratory allows us to carry out analyses on grapes, must, wine, but also on the soil, and even pathogens; It makes it possible to make the link between practices in the vineyard and qualitative indicators.
What could be offered through this facility?
As part of the services offered in the TEF project, the laboratory makes it possible, for example, to obtain objective data, the “ground truth,” to build models from datasets from sensors, or to verify an expected impact.
