Through interactive sessions, participants learn how to identify legal obligations and risks related to the design, use and data management of AI systems. They also receive guidance on setting up effective AI governance processes inside their organisation. The outcome is a ready-to-use compliance checklist and personalised recommendations that help companies implement AI and robotics solutions lawfully and with reduced regulatory or reputational risk.

The service is delivered in four stages:
- Workshop (1 day) – an interactive online or on-site session;
- Diagnostic survey – short questionnaire to map product’s regulatory context;
- Handbook – accessible material explaining key legal and technical aspects;
- One-hour legal consultation – individual feedback and tailored recommendations.
The service is available year-round, with no seasonal restrictions. To get started, clients simply provide a description of their product or idea and complete the initial survey. After participation, customers receive proof of delivery.
