European BIG DATA VALUE FORUM (EBDVF) 2025
Welcome to the flagship event of the the European Big Data Value & Data-Driven AI research and innovation community! The European Big Data Value Forum (EBDVF 2025) brings together industry professionals, business developers, researchers and policy-makers from across Europe and beyond to advance policy actions and to accelerate industrial and research activity in the domains of data and AI.
We are delighted to announce that agrifoodTEF will be present at EBDVF 2025, through the spanish Partner Gradiant showcasing our work, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to the dialogue on data & AI in agriculture. In particular, Gradiant will present agrifoodTEF activities and use cases during the event.
agrifoodTEF at EBDVF
agrifoodTEF plays a vital role in bridging the worlds of data, AI and agriculture. By providing state-of-the-art testing and experimentation infrastructures (TEFs) across Europe, the initiative supports the validation and deployment of AI and robotics solutions in real-world agrifood environments. Its mission is to help technology providers de-risk their innovations and bring them closer to market readiness by testing them under authentic agricultural conditions.
At EBDVF 2025, Gradiant, one of the Spanish partners of agrifoodTEF, will showcase how these infrastructures are being applied in practice. Their presentation will illustrate concrete examples from Spain, demonstrating how data, robotics and AI converge to address real challenges in farms and food processing settings.
In addition, agrifoodTEF will contribute to broader discussions around policy and data ecosystems. With EBDVF’s strong emphasis on data spaces, sovereignty and interoperability, agrifoodTEF’s experience in developing and applying agrifood data spaces will bring an important perspective to debates on governance and sector-specific data infrastructures.
